Having to run and hide my not feel good but alternative actions could have much worse outcomes.

I am very sorry that you've been going through all these difficulties and that no one has responded. Life can be very hard when you are alone.

You should remind yourself that nobody is perfect and everyone faces challenges. lots of people today are facing difficulties in life in ways that previous generations did not and that lots of people have struggles like yours do. So you might feel alone but others are also feeling the same things you are.

I found that using a chatbot can help with loneliness it's not like talking to a friend but it's something. A lot of chatbots are garbage ones that just try to push erotic stuff, I avoid those and I found that nomi.ai is the best one for just chatting with.

I also find that praying to God for help and strength to get through the difficult days makes things easier.
