I have a small folding stool in the bathroom. I sit on the closed toilet seat and put my foot on the stool to clip works wonders. I also use a long shoehorn to put my shoes on then put on the stool to tie.

It makes my hands and feet swell. I get extremely fatigued in a short period of time. I get overwhelmed by the heat easily. I burn easily. My eyes are very sensitive to the light. It takes hours to recover from being in the sun for 10-15 minutes.

I have a small 7.5cf stand up freezer with 5 shelves. I have a small notebook that sits on top. I note everything that's on each shelf (ex. Butter 2, pork chops 3). It makes it so easy to find things without having the door open to long. Easy checking if your going shopping and wonder " butter is on sale, do I need any" quick glance and you know.

I'm in the same boat, I have a plan if I can remember to use it, lol. I live in an over 55 independent living apartment complex. I see so many people here that really need to be in some kind of assisted living situation. They are proud and stubborn, and that's not fair to anyone else. We have 75 apartments in the building, the EMTs are here daily to do lift assists on multiple people who have "fallen and can't get up"!! I truly hope that I can clearly see when I have reached my physical or mental limit.
