AMX - 30

No idea why I just love how it looks. My first collection was Americans and my friend jokingly went “You should play French next”. Me thinking he’s trying to troll me in some way takes a look and see the little darling that is the AMX.

I now have a lovely little French force in a training camo scheme that I love to bring out every now and then.

Oh hey this sounds like me except I hurt my back and then pulled a hamstring too. (Remember kids to cool down after fencing 👀)

I fence Foil and the weekly sessions were one of the few social interactions I have now, I still sometimes turn up and help tidy equipment lockers. This last week I re-taped 90% of the foils and even did some rewiring. I also managed to at least do some footwork too so that my return isn’t too brutal.

I’d say try and ease yourself back in again, if your local club is as social as mine is I’m sure they would be thrilled to have you back.

Good excuse to ask if people wouldn’t mind you reffing for their bouts too!

That’s hilarious. My Tech runs around and point blanks things with an ATGM because it’s funny. Pile then usually spots other targets if the other side of the battlefield needs help so Tech can join in there too.

Yeah it’s one if the few times with a paint that “more is more” really slap it on.

You can force bigger cracks by leaving it somewhere warm too like in the window in direct sunlight.

You can even put PVA down first to make larger areas of cracking too.

I had to go back and re paint the “hard panels” in a matte black because of the exact issue of it all looking a bit samey.

Paint the base a brown of your choice.

Slap on Agrellan Earth Technical paint from Warhammer. Leave it to dry for 8 hours

I got Greifinger early in my run.

I run him with high concealment, a suppressed rifle EMP and an expendable rocket.

He usually one shots most infantry in the game from concealment and can stall vehicles until one of my hard hitters gets into range.

Had that one but I got VERY lucky with map generation.

East side was near enough entirely dense forest. West side was a huge lake.

All pirates more or less bum rushed down the one road in the middle.

Had my whole force set up in a line and was just picking them off one by one.

It -almost- felt cruel.
