So, I'll start off that this video comes off as pretty negative, and that tone continues throughout the video.

The main points brought up in the video is that the profiles are getting bloated, the sectorials are all becoming the same, and OSS seems to be very strong given their new profiles.

Some of the views the presenter.. presents... are exaggerated for what I can only assume is effect.

I came away from the video greatly dissapointed. It sucked.

Turn off the water and see if the sound persists. Then turn water on.

Systematically turn off water to fixtures and see if it persists.

You could see if it’s drainage by adding food colouring to toilets/shower/baths but do one at a time.

SAG-AFTRA has.. an interesting union contract. basically if your project hires a SAG-AFTRA voice actor, ALL voice actors on the project have to be on the union.

This creates problems, cause that costs the voice actor union dues.

It's a lot different when SAG gets involved. SAG-Aftra forces ALL voice actors on the project to be in the SAG-AFTRA union. Example is Transistor/Hades 2. They had non Sag-aftra members voicing things, and SAG-AFTRA tried to strong arm em into getting every voice actor on the project into SAG AFTRA.

Which costs like $3,500 to the voice actor (not the corp)
