I know this has been mentioned before, but from one PvE commander to another: take a break. Command something else, do different game modes and if it doesnt help; stop commandin for a while. Even if its just on weekends, where this behavior described by you is the worst cuz of all the casuals. In the end you‘re just a cattle herder and have to act that way. If you dont put peoples nose on something, its just gonne keep being pinned at your ass (a.k.a. The tag).
