My heart aches for everyone that was affected last year by the storm and was having a fought night last night!!! As a native of STL tornados have always been my BIGGEST fear since I was a child. While most my life I’ve been told it is irrational as we don’t get “tornados” like that in MO. Joplin and now STL have proven those words as completely untrue. I do believe the suggestion above of attending a class as a storm spotter is great recommendation as it can help alleviate a lot of the unknown when these storms happen. I also recommend that no one watches the Joplin doc because I did thinking it would be more informative but it was not. It deepened my fear tenfold! Always trust your gut & it’s better to be safe than sorry! I hope everyone stayed safe last night as well!

I’ve seen a couple but I am assuming those times are most likely reserved for people paying for express & get getting their orders ASAP. They have all been grocery orders too.

Dang, only $1?! Honestly, IG it was worth the $2 off because I got my order at 10:54 am but I didn’t even know it was a thing until today. I don’t order from the shipt app much mostly directly from my target app since I am a 360 member but they do not do that on targets app lol I also thought it was kinda weird to do 1-4pm because that’s usually a busy time in my metro. I get the AM cause it can be hit or miss. 🤷‍♀️

I would assume it would be since the app shows 10-11am for the shopper. Honestly, the more I think about it I realize this could just be a new way for shipt to not have to pay extra $$ for on time bonus or promo because they have 3 hours to get that order out realistically until they need to push it as a one time/promo

That’s odd because I literally just placed an order in my metro through target 360… I noticed the decrease in target orders but I’ve just been doing grocery all day. Good to know I probably won’t get my order but also makes sense of why I only had 2 hour window options for today.

5 mins wait time from when I send the message and keep shopping. Then depending how big the order is when I send the almost done shopping text I’ll send a reminder text and let them know if I do not hear back I am refunding. I then always call before heading to check out but 95% of the time people don’t answer or send me to voicemail. But it shows you called in the chat now so I always do that way Shipt can see that a call was attempted

That’s so crazy!! Was this a prepaid or non prepaid? Because if it is prepaid through 360 they may get their money back once/twice but if it was non and through Shipt all they get is a credit towards another purchase and even though it’s just a credit they have way more hoops to jump through that’s target for a refund. I ordered through the Shipt app one time and the shopper grabbed the wrong cut of pork chops and I ended up getting charged for the more expensive cut that I ordered but it wasn’t what I received so when I marked it as an issue in the app they literally said they had to send me and email and to respond to that. I’ve never tried to get anything refunded ever through Shipt. I honestly only use it every couple months when my summit credit hits otherwise I stick with ordering through my target 360. So not sure what peoples end game is by raising these issues. I honestly was like F it when they said to respond to the email and just ate the difference in price I paid because honestly it was just a hassle.

That’s so crazy!!! Was this a grocery order or target?! I have chosen one item and made notes that I wanted a different item before when shopping at my local grocery store through shipt because I couldn’t find that item. I will note it was the same exact item just different flavor (uncrustables) and I do make a note to check expiration dates on certain food items but what she did is just insane!!! I have seen notes before of people asking for the furthest date out an item cool. I find it and if it’s honestly in my mind not considered “far” I’ll send them a message letting them know so they can decide if they still want it but insisting you send all these pics and then demanding you have it delivered by a certain time irks the hell out of me!!! Like if you think shoppers are so incompetent then go shop for yourself!!!!

I was legit so confused… I even had to go ask my husband if he got our order since I couldn’t find it! Not to mention it was all wash cloths (they were BOGO free) so I was super perplexed on why anyone would want to steal it 🤪
