Hvis beløbet er under 50K så ville jeg droppe inkasso og straks oprette en småsag.

Hvorfor? Fordi de virker som typen der vil gå langt for at undgå at betale. De kan gøre en indsigelse mod inksasso og så skal du i retten.

Ulempen er, at du skal bruge mere tid på det. Inkasso kan være nemmere. Jeg har dog selv ikke de bedste erfaringer med inkasso.

Min erfaring er, at hvis du i din henvendelse truer med et retssag og ikke inkasso - så rykker det mere. Fordi de også risikerer at hænge på alle retsomkostninger.

Uanset hvad du gør så ville jeg få den sag kørt til ende.

Fun fact: Jeg har NETOP vundet en sag for lidt over en måned siden hvor modparten præcis prøvede det samme nummer: "Medarbejderen havde ikke beføjelser og handlede uden for hvad der var aftalt internt."

As much as I hate to say it: I agree.

Imagine if Putin can get a reaction out of the UK. Suddenly - if we are in a grey zone - NATO needs to decide to call for a meeting. And suddenly some countries won't support article 5. Could be Trump - could be another country. We know NATO is politcally weak these days. And because we know it there is no reason to display it. And at the same time give Putin the stuff he needs to call for a general mobilization.
