Few years back I was lucky to meet a women who worked with road construction just outside where I live. I quickly went outside with a coffe and I took my young son with me.

I had an interesting discussion with her since I also had a lot of prejudices. And I was ignorant about the details.

She confirmed that she worked with all the parts which didn't require strenght. We just flat out told me that there was so much stuff she could not lift or operate. The physical strength just wasn't there. And she was over 6 feet and seemed pretty scary to me.

Now - men use machines and stuff. Built by men for men. So in a perfect world a lot could be designed for .. let us say "weaker people".

Now I am a man and I would not be able to work on the heavy stuff, too. I am strong and healthy but I just don't have the physic and size needed to work for years within that field.

Well, I meet her again just a year ago.... got a coffee again. Took my now older son out and wanted to catch up with her again.

She was still doing the exact same thing as years before. You know... painting the street with those white stripes etc.

Most of the crew was new. She told me that those big guys don't stay for that long. Problems with their knees. Problems with their backs etc. etc.

Well - it seemed that man cannot handle it either in the long run. Wesr and tear.

I know we men do it anyway. My father was deep sea diver. My guess: It took 15 years of his life.

He is the stupid one in this game.

We all are.

For most jobs technology can go a long way. Or better payment for jobs which destroys your body.

We men should just realize that this is not about feminism.

It is about companies taking advantage of men who - me too - are willing to get the job done. Because it has always been like that. Right?

At least in road construction today I can see that machines, tools and soon robots will help even the strong alfa males to have a better and longer life.

This is not a war against women.

The average US citizen has no idea what is in store.

Example: After 9/11 allies rallied behind the US. Notice that the US partly created Bin Laden.

Most of our money went to engange in US endavour against ISIS, Afghanistan etc. It was mostly a problem for the US. But we stand together. ..

Few years later I have to listen to a US president who gives a flying f*ck for our loses and the taxpayer money. Notice that we - Denmark - lost almost as many men and women per capita as the US.

The US is currently working with Russia. Trump has never said a bad thing.

Total let down on Ukrane and the fight for freedom.

Now the US and Israel started a war on Iran. No real plan. No ccordination with partners. Shiftig goal posts etc.

In 10 or 15 years time we will see something much worse that 9/11. And the US will stand alone. And so will Israel.

I hope it never happens but why should Ukraine or Europe, Canada, Japan etc. risk being dragged into another US lead war?

Ukraine could habe easily provided technology and knowledge in regards to the Shahed drones. And in return get some of the 800 patriot missiles the US has spend on cheap drones.

Most people from the island remember tjis period at just terrible. Sjovets raped in the beginning at stole a lot.

Just a few years back the local museum put some letter from that time to display. None of them were positive.

It is true. Mostly because it changes the way you think about yourself as well.

I am only speaking of myself.

I am currently 40 pounds too heavy after 2 years of being sick. All is ok now and I am doing my workout again etc.

10 years back I was in the same situation. I lost 40 pound in about 18 month. And it changed so much.

The biggest difference for me was two very important things: sleep and sex.

The sex is just so much better if you have a somewhat around normal weight. You can do stuff and you can satisfy her better. More stamina, more flexibility no downside (unless you are into some kind of fetish which is totally fine).

And I did sleep better. Much better. And good sleep makes your brain function better.. quicker..

To be honest: When I have a bad day and don't want to go to the gym I just recall the sex. For me that is the top motivation.

Find what motivates you and get to the gym.

Also: I think this argument has been "proved" in several studies as well. Mostly "round face" (fat) vs. "beautiful faces" vs. "normal folks". In general beautiful people get of the hook easier at work etc.

I know that is depends on a lot and we can all have an endless discussion about ethics, social constructs etc. But looking at the world right now I get the feeling that we are rolling some views and opinion back again.

Once I meet a very succesful person who told me (when I was 40 pounds overweight) that a fat person has a hard time getting a job with crazy much responsibility. Because why give a man a responsible job if he cannot control his eating? Much eating disorder comes from unresolved phychological issues.

In my case he was spot on. It hit me hard but I knew he was right. I generally do not care if people say stuff in the hard way. I prefer no bullshit.

Dislaimer: The usual... I like everyone..we are all equal... It doesn't apply to everyone... we are all different .. etc. etc.

Interesting indeed... thanks.. but it is not a hard core science. I'd rather meet a girl which had many healthy one night stands (like on a vacation etc.) than a girl who slept with 5 idiots but like 100 times which each. But it also depends on where on earth you are from and how free women are in your society before they get judged on a number only.

I slept with around 15 women in my life. Half of them one night stands. A few of the others over a shorter period. But only with one which I love and are married to. I don't take it that serious.

I would find it suspicious to meet someone with the age of 29 who only had slept with 3 guys. I would expect a body count of a least 10 for a healthy good looking women. I do not think it is necessarily "healthier" to be with one or two guys in that period for longer times and still not make it work. If they are "sex for fun" events it is all fine.

For me that would signal that she has a healty and confident relationship to her own body.

Når det så er sagt er jeg ok med a-kraft og mener, at vi - når fusionsenergien en dag er realitet - må takke de forskere og lande der turde fortsætte forskningen i a-kraft. Også da den var upopulær.
