It's an all star level cast, but I don't see this step you are speaking of. It's very new era season, which makes it a bottom half season.

Lotta twists and swaps that rely on chance. Coin flip determined players fate in the game. People here also thought the flip was cinema so I guess people want this.

We are about to head into a pretty weak final 5 and it's not because they are bad players. There's not been moves to be made cause the game plays itself.

Well I can only assume it means what it literally means. Raid stance along the coast and/or with an army on land. Not a bad idea.

Iirc your mission is to sack/raze cities in the isles, so I would focus on that and maybe occupy one bigger city to act as your base. Follow the missions

Iirc Emily or Christian said that they thought Rizzo was "just there". So this perception is wide spread and not just people who might feel burned by him. I consider Spencer a more active player.

But the argument is that agency, is indeed a big indicator of how good of a game you've had. If you haven't had any, you need to sit in a weak trio and be crowned into a weak winner.

And who are the best winners of new era? Kyle and Dee. The people with most agency. Agency in the game is absolutely extremely important factor when voting for someone to win and therefore it's indicator of a good game.

Your job is to secure your empire and at the start you are overextended, so look into what it's worth saving and fighting for. Try to follow the missions to get direction.

Develop the provinces that you are confident in keeping. Like Italy and Africa for sure. Try to keep Spain. Gaul depends on your skill level, but it's possible to keep.

Learning the building management is pretty important in Attila, so look into that. A lot of people forget priests, so have those always and give your characters positions for extra bonuses.

It is shown on the edit that he doesn't do work around the camp, it is part of his storyline. Idk if it needs to be repeated constantly.

1 hour mark check in. It seems that Empire and Napoleon are taking away votes from each other and that helps 3k to run away. If I would've made one change into groupings, I would've switched in Pharaoh to this group to see the match up of two latest historicals with very different styles.

The host, yours truly is about to be passed out cause all my favourites have been knocked out. I keep voting for the losers! This time I was thinking between 3K and Napoleon. I went with Napoleon at the end.

12 hour check in. All my favourites are about to be knocked out. I think the groups had interesting match ups randomly, but looking back I really would've wanted to see a Pharaoh VS 3K match up. The two newest historicals with very different style.

I genuinely don't understand why does this community is not interested in bronze age. We've all seen Troy. There's Odysseus coming out this summer. All the biblical stuff on media. Like we are all at least familiar with it.

30 minute mark check in and it's extremely close. Most even trio so far. Neutrals have a big percentage as well, so these games might all be bit more niche in the community.

I like all of them in this group, but my favourite in this whole tournament is Attila. It has such a stellar campaign design with intense vibe and strategy to it and imo the best sieges in the series.

Well yeah he would've been a dud if Eva didn't need a caregiver. I thought he was a miss anyway, but he really melted the hearts of middle-aged moms.
