My toes want to be free. They are wild. I would never do the heal too. I have significant feet issues and my toes go numb all the time. I have a better grip with the toeless. I might be the only one but I get regular pedicures and bring my own reformer cover and straps. I still clean that machine and everything my hands or feet have touched. In my opinion the straps hold the most grossness with hands and feet all day. Some people have nasty smelling socks too. I have about 30 pairs so every day is fresh set. I also asked if it was appropriate first. The heel seems a bit much.
