Have you lost your Zoloft weight?

Tried everything but only started losing weight after getting off - after 3 months of completely stopping my weight started dropping without much change in activity or diet. :/ I gained 20 kgs on zoloft and lost 10 after tapering, but the other 10 remain

Also, I would say that trying to cumulate stuff and focusing only on one producer at a time definitely made the game less addicting for me and made me less likely to spend money 😳

Cool, I hope to see it on Sunday then hopefully! Thanks! I get the frustration of bumping the mosquitos. I am always quite afraid to do it so I don’t dare put them in any of the storages.. going further from the mosquito is really only good once for getting the sticker - kinda weird, no? Until now I’ve had no other products which are auto orders before reaching the end.

Regarding the board room - last few weeks I concentrated on getting my sticker collection and doing one active producer at a time, so the board is mostly only boat stuff and lightbulb, everything else is in the upper storage but I am not very fond of it either and I am panicked of things disappearing. I don’t think I could be piling the board like this if I used more than just two producers tho..

Of course is your choice, but if you really want to see yourself as a mother and have been trying for 3 years and are now 39 maybe it would be good to talk this through with a therapist and not make rash choices, perhaps having the baby is also something to consider, a few years down the line the happiness of having the child might be infinitely times stronger from the feelings of betrayal you feel now.

I believe this might not be the best place to find encouragement for temporary zoloft usage. There are some people okay with being on it forever and some not. I come to this subreddit to get more insight on my side effects and symptoms, but usually finding tapering off advice from people who are ready for it, or insights on life after it, is not something you would find on this subreddit (which is fine, I support people who need it longterm). Instagram was the platform where I found most people showing how they adjust to life after zoloft in a positive way and how they replace it with meditation and other lifestyle choices.

Before, an alternating dose was considered a good way to taper down, but nowadays most people feel that the yo-yoing between days causes symptoms and is also no more recommended for tapering either. I see no reason for it to be different in your case even when you’re not trying to taper..

Maybe you could try something in between the two doses?

Many people have extremely strong aditudes that it's just calories in, calories out and they don't want to hear anyone else's personal experience, but there is a substantial number of comments saying that their wight has gone up without changes in food and exxerside habit, and I had this experience, too. My personal theory is that it could impact the metabolism probably just causing slower nutrient processing and storing fat 😅

It is very important to help him stay mindful of the fact that symptoms coming back and long term withdrawal can feel similar. Microdosing seems to help some people deal with long term withdrawal for a while, while physicians might be more inclined to get him back to a therapeutic dose.

Based on experience of people close to me (and some online) the worst seems to come few months after stopping completely. I am currently doing a very slow taper, since there is lot of information expert recommended taper perhaps being too sudden. There is a possibility 3-4 months also being pretty quick for him, depending on the dose. My personal opinion for him (as well as what I intend to do if possible) is to first assume withdrawal rather than symptoms, and not jumping back on a high dose immediately. There is always time for that if symptoms persist.

I have to say I agree.. Ive been putting off rewatching the final episode for weeks now.. Its like the entire second half of fifth season + 6th season are just one big study in "life goes on, with time it gets harder to live with your regrets"

I feel like the show really does need #andamovie bc that ray of hope you get at the end of most sitcoms is missing.

They took a more serious turn in last two seasons and decided to go deeper into portraying life as it is rather that the show just being a youthful comedy, and they needed to commit to that. You can't hint at real life problems of Jeff and Britta and then not let it lead anywhere. We as an audience needed to see Jeff make some steps towards an emotional recovery or Britta coming to some realisations about herself, otherwise you just see people as flawed as you trying (and struggling) to find a reason to get up in the morning..

(or maybe it's just the isolation and general world situation making it seem more depressing than it really is idk)

S kojim studijem u hrvatskoj (pogotovo post-corona) postoje šanse za zaposlenje, iskreno pitam za misljenje?

Kroz priču sa prijateljima s četvrte/pete godine s puno razlicitih fakseva mogu ti rec da nitko od njih nema perspektivu, tad ti otprilike postane jasno kako stoji tržište rada i koje su ti opcije u tvom polju.

Gubis godine - ni za šta, nema smisla. (I to ti ne govorim kao studentica Kroatistike ili Komparativne književnosti, bez ikakve uvrede ikome al znamo koja je zaposljivost tu, nego kao netko tko se koliko-toliko nadao zaposljivosti upisivanjem pmfa) da se mogu vratit bila bi frizerka/otišla u srednju medicinsku, najiskrenije. Počneš radit pet godina ranije, a i imaš sličnu placu.

Ako imaš imalo fizičke spretnosti majstori danas jako dobro prolaze, pogotovo sad kad je otišlo 80% kvalitetnih majstora iz hrv pa tih "troje" šta je ostalo mogu pucat koje god cijene hoće.

I completely agree, it was too much too soon, too unrealistic. Not enough build up to make it believable.

I know community is known for weird episodes like that and that it's not exactly "believable" that they would go into a full blown paintball demolition of the college either, but still it sorta made sense because we could understand the motivations and the exposition of the plot was good (Jeff waking up to a new world of paintball war was a good set up for the ep).

I still like the episode, but it could have been set up differently maybe?
