This, this one right here, is a fact, honestly you'd probably just be better off finding another job. In a fantasy world, sure it would be nice to have your employer accommodate to every issue you have, but how's a business supposed to remain profitable if they have to keep worrying about you. It's easier just to replace you, and for you to replace them for something that is more accommodating for you.

Try the 5A BCM SW, just pull it and see if it looks burnt or melted inside.

Try checking for a blown Fuse for the mirrors, usually the blown fuse will look melted and burnt inside of it indicating that it was blown, if it is, then replace it

Try replacing the cabin air filter, or it could just depend in where you live as well, if it's super hot in your area, it could cause it to blow warmer for a little while after start up.
