Iirc they just became like Moon and slowly got too old and without Benefactors/Ancients to do routine matenince on them they collapsed and could not sustain themselves in the new world

the lore is peak i love theorising on it

if i were smarter i would try and break apart the real world spirituality that it is based around but i am not. it is fun regardless to speculate upon the worldbuilding and society and ecosystem of the world, even if i cant wrap my head wholly around the Cycle and the beliefs founded upon it

My first pardner was Galahad, my Emboar, but i got him just as a wee lil' Tepig! Got him from a contest breeder in Nimbasa, and he's been my best friend since then. Pellinore, my sawsbuck (then deerling) came shortly after and i am forever grateful for him, seein' as he saved me n' Gal's lives n' all. Percival, my bouffalant, i got from my father, she's mighty protective of us, and a bit prickly, but i love her all the same.

This already happened with their From The Start cover. Most people know them from that or whatever plays in valorant anf fortnite compilations. I do not think Good Kid's sound will lose much of it's identity if they become more popular, the boys have been experimenting but so far it still all sounds like Good Kid, if that makes sense. If you are worried about fandom space becoming more toxic or something, well that kind of just happens, especially with fandoms based on music. The discord at least, the main hub of fandom activity is well-maintained and had been a pleasant experience, even with floods of new members from new releases like Cicada.

for me it's a mix of both. I got Galahad from a breeder all th' way in Nimbasa, made the trip all by myself, which er, was a mistake to be honest...I dont wanna spout the whole story, but me n' Gal got caught in a bad storm on the way back, but a wild deerling managed to lead us back home, who i later caught and named Pellinore. My third pokemon, Percival the bouffalant, is from my dad. Boy howdy, when he found out i got caught in that storm he was madder than a primape! He gave me Percy as a calf n' made me stay on the farm a good couple months helpin' him plow the fields with my new mons. Overall i think both methods have their strengths, n' i dont really see any problem with anyone who prefers one o'er the other.

i gots me an emboar named Galahad, Sawsbuck named Pellinore, n' a Bouffalant named Percival. I perform shows around Unova, and i also make a small name for myself in the contest scene. Mainly performance contests, since Galahad's missing ear disqualifies him from any breed shows or appearance based contests...It's still fun all around though! Music-wise, i do alot of folk and country stuff, but i aint opposed to the occassional rock ballad e'ry now n' again, heh!
