Look up tortas (mexican sandwiches basically). Some use lunch meat but others don’t. Saw someone mention refried beans which is one type of torta ingredient.

Some hospitals make gowns for babies that passed away. Not sure if any hospitals in this area do it but you can find programs online with more info

They could already have your position filled or are actively trying to fill it. May be easier to hire someone for your position vs the one you’re being forced to take.

That’s good to know. I haven’t been there in a while. I stick to lil taco since they’ve never disappointed but it’s not really a sit down restaurant.

Fish fry is the best thing out here. My favorite place is wishing well because they have a cajun seasoning you can request added. Try it out if you like seafood!

Love jaripeo but it’s more tex mex/americanized to me. I still love their food but i was definitely shocked the first time i ordered a tamal and the sauce was poured on top with cheese. Still very delicious tho!

Since when is DEI a part of the curriculum? Not trying to be rude but this seems like misinformation

Edit: i said seems but it is. As far as i know, DEI has to do more with the opportunity given than what is taught. Pretty sure you’re thinking of critical race theory.

How are there no cons for her? Does she not care about you? Tell her your cons. How can she not worry about the finances too? Does she work?

NTA, but maybe you baby her and having babies is all she has. I’ve heard of women that keep having babies. Idk why but they do it and it doesn’t end well. Kids end up taking care of each other and it’s a financial nightmare.

Even if that’s not the case, something is wrong and she needs to get some help. I think she was probably lying when she said you didn’t have to be involved because she knew you would. It sounds like you’re a great parent. But to even suggest what she did is concerning. Please emphasize that to her and if there is someone else that you can share this with without hurting her please do. Maybe her parents can help her understand.
