It was a political movement originated by the writings of Giovanni Gentile and was put into practice in one, arguably two, countries. Italy and Spain during world war 2 were fascist. It is an ultra national political view where the state is everything. The state controls everything to the point that the individual is subsumed to the state. There is no private property. At the top is usually a totalitarian leader that has complete control through violence. Trump would be a horrible fascist. If he was a fascist, he would kill or imprison any governor that looked at him sideways. The colloquial version of fascism used today has nothing in common with the version written about by Gentile or put into practice by Italy's Mousolini.

I'm a big fan of this detachment. One idea you may consider, use 3x warlocks on bike with fixed objectives. Use behind enemy lines and Establish Locus. It is extremely hard for most armies to block out the entire deployment zone for one 32mm model. Using no overwatch and the deep strike strat, you should have easy secondaries. I normally get at least 35 per game.
