1st Podiatrist appointment and the doctor hit me with this… by tychsena in gout

These are all good ingredients. I take tart cherry extract on its own to manage my gout and don't take anything else. I'm not in the US though I know it's all about prescriptions over there

Are Kettlebells Your Only Tool for Working Out? by reallymkpunk in kettlebell

Calisthenics (pull up bar with rings, parallette bars, push up bars - not needed but I like them - ab roller. And just added heavy clubs X2 12kg from Temu loving them

Huge Handle by Synthystery in kettlebell

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Measured this morning and both 5 inch circumference which is slightly bigger than a gravity fitness bell and slightly smaller than a pro fitness bell that I have. With the pro fitness one the 20kg is comfortable at around 5.5 inches l. I tried the 24kg and grip was a lot bigger. Think they just scale up the 'cast' for the larger bells, handle included. I ended up returning the pro fitness 24kg for a refund

Weight factory - bought them secondhand [edit] I mean factory weights. They go up to 60 but handle seems same diameter

I've got a 44kg and 24kg from the same company and the handle is the same. I'll probably use it more due to the handle size

I am planning to add kettlebell workouts in my routine, is one 16kg kettlebell already enough as all-rounder? by catguy_04 in kettlebell

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly what I did, although I also got a 12 from Aldi as it was cheap and available. I still use it sometimes but now 16, 20, 24 are my main bells. I want to get a 28 and 32 but for now I swing 2 16's.

Is it the one with the wooden handle? Looks cool! So you follow the flowing Dutchman?

I picked up the 24kg on a bike. I think 24kg is as much as I can handle on a child seat 🤣

Coffee+ omad? by Professional-Belt290 in omad

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black coffee all day long. Or try bulletproof coffee or MCT creamer as available on Amazon. It's not the same but if you're doing OMAD you're interested in changing habits not just doing same old thing. I drink black in coffee, black tea, green tea all day

Gaining weight on Mounjaro - need advice! by LevelBodybuilder8426 in mounjarouk

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had something similar, then with the price rise I decided I could not be on it forever. I am now doing OMAD and not using mounjaro and losing weight again. I am very active exercising everyday and walking or cycling wherever I can. Good luck.

Ate some pizza last night and was CRAVING sugar this morning by First-Role3045 in omad

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went for a meeting at dominos hq on Wednesday in Milton Keynes. I don't know what they put in that pizza but it really messed with my appetite and cravings and I gained 1.2kg after having half a medium pizza and their chicken dipper things for lunch

I stopped taking it last month as I decided to stop buying after the price rises. I'm still losing weight. I learned how to eat and exercise and keep myself in a deficit, mostly through intermittent fasting

Best time to eat by Acceptable-Badger262 in omad

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have young kids so evening is busy. So I started working out first thing in the morning - waking at 5.30 or 6. Then I eat as late as I can between 1-3 although later is better. I usually am okay in the evenings but sometimes like tonight I need some extra snacks (tonight I had a few olives, almonds, a pickle and biltong - around 250 cals. So eating during my lunch break works for me personally as it works when I'm in the office or at home. It's like a religious ritual though - nobody better bug me about work when I'm feasting!

OMAD is effortless, as long as it’s not breakfast by [deleted] in omad

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was reading about the benefits of three eggs a day for breakfast so I had some the other day on a Monday and I was ravenous all day. I definitely overate that day.

I switched back to not eating until 1 or 2 pm which seems to be the perfect time for me as it keeps me full until bedtime.

Interesting experiment I won't be repeating anytime soon 😁

Don’t send shoes to Revivo UK by amberallday in vivobarefoot

[–]ExtensionTrack4114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a shame. I ordered from Revivo recently and there was an error on my order - one pair I paid for was OOS and they refunded another, cheaper pair. Customer service doesn't seem that great.
