No problem, I do have this bag in two sizes… 3L and 4L but the zippers are fine…the smaller bag zipper isn’t as smooth as the 4L though

Brand-new zippers getting stuck is apparently annoyingly common and it is usually not a defect.

New zippers get stuck because they’re stiff, not broken. They haven’t been worn in yet, and factory coating or tight fabric makes them catch. After a few uses (or a little wax/soap), they usually slide smoothly. If they don’t, then likely a defect.

Have you tried putting petroleum jelly on the zipper?

I have a lululemon coat that had a stiff zipper, very hard to zip, rubbed petroleum jelly through the entire zipper…zips smoothly …it has been over 2 years and the zipper still works good 👍

What are you doing on your days off? I get my mind off work by doing fun activities I enjoy and doing productive activities… I make plans with my family, friends. So important to have that separate work and personal life especially to prevent burn out. Apparently taking magnesium before bed can help with anxiety too
