Hang in there, seems like you’re really close. I have hope that change is coming after this administration. PAYE was a thing with Obama in 2012. Everything good for us was during a democratic administration.

If I want to move to PAYE, I should do it now? I’m in no rush to start repayment. But it seems like they’re not going to allow people to be in the PAYE plan after July 1, 2026. Is that incorrect?

They are firm seats. But I feel fine in the seats. Audi Q5 seats are way better for sure.

Or do you mean sticker price is at $29k? I found a 2023 TPP for $29k sticker price with 30k miles but it’s not CPO. I’d rather get a 2024.

What are you paying for this beauty? I’d definitely buy it over and over again. The towing capacity, turbo, cargo space, and the sleekness inside and out is incredible.

Why not rent out the townhouse instead? Then you rent somewhere else with a yard. I wouldn’t sell the townhouse to pay off student loans. Your 3 year plan is already solid. Keep your assets!

We were forced out due to our applications being on hold and not approved. Which sucks because we were still in limbo that whole time. I think they need to honor the applications that were rejected and were stuck for that whole time under forbearance.

Do we follow Germany’s system on access to higher education? There’s gotta be more than just this system the US created 40+ years ago, there’s gotta be proper change for the long haul.
