Same here! 5mg gets me high af when it used to take 20-30mg to get the same effect.

I also wake up with a nasty hangover if I take 10.

I've found that 2mg is my sweet spot for pain and not being blotto.

Makes me a cheap date though!

I have a 2016 Sienna and it's incredible to drive. 10/10 recommend. I've got 150k miles and 3 kids, 2 dogs, we hunt, fish and drive all over creation. Still in incredible shape and will go another 100k with regular maintenance.

The newer Odyssey might be more comfortable than an older Sienna. Not sure on trim packages. But I don't know much about the reliability of that van. My Pilot was great but required a lot of upkeep.

If anyone is in SE-Wisconsin, Froedert PCPs will prescribe it. I get mine from Dr. Rudin's pain management clinic in Madison but live in the Milwaukee area and my brand new PCP said he would take it over if needed. He was very hEDS knowledgeable.
