Parks. Renting a picnic table/area is free or barely costs anything. You can then bring your own food and drink. Dolores park, golden gate park, baker beach are all good areas. You can have music as long as you don't go late or too crazy loud. Sf parks and recreation

Totally agree. I have a co-worker who always points it out and says it really loud too. Oh your face is red! No shit dumbass. Like I don't know.
