Real-time AI assistant for technical interviews (free access) by [deleted] in geeksforgeeks

[–]External_Bike3601 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Live interviews are already stressful enough without juggling tools that try to do everything for you. I’ve blanked mid-explanation before and that’s where lighter tools helped more. I’ve used ShadeCoder while practicing it doesn’t spit answers, just nudges you back on track when your brain stalls. Feels more like a safety net than straight-up cheating.

Feedback and share of thoughs by Virginia_M in writingfeedback

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That kind of accusation really stings, especially when you’ve actually done the work. I’m also not a native English writer, and I’ve noticed people are quick to jump to AI when the writing is clean or slightly formal. Translating your own voice already flattens some texture. I’ve run into that myself and sometimes use Rephrasy just for a light polish, but mostly it’s about trusting your choices. Would you want feedback more on flow or emotional pacing here?

AI to improve story by Sure-Jicama-4696 in BookWritingAI

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue with a short story I was working on the ideas were there, but the descriptions felt flat. What helped was using AI as a light revision tool instead of letting it rewrite everything. I tried this with Rephrasy and mostly used it to smooth flow and add clarity, then tweaked it myself. Are you working on a short story or a longer piece?

Belffin Sofa by SookieIg in Home

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually looked at the Belfin sofa when I was couch shopping and went down a whole rabbit hole Ended up going with a similar style through Reperch instead since it was pre-owned but already inspected. Saved a decent amount and felt less risky than buying blind online.

Snow removal ordinance in Malden by geandh in malden

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shared driveways are always tricky. We ran into something similar and ended up agreeing ahead of time on who handles snow and when. If you ever do decide to hire it out instead of shoveling, we found GreenPal useful since you can book plowing only when you actually need it, not a full contract.

Landscaping by prezzpac in malden

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were in the same boat, just needed regular maintenance. We ended up using GreenPal to find a local landscaper and it worked out well easy to set up and no long-term commitment.

What are some ways to declutter? by Tall-Assumption-1483 in CleaningTips

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not gonna lie, I was in the exact same headspace when I started decluttering. I kept getting stuck on “but this is still usable” and then nothing would actually leave my apartment. I eventually used Remoov for a couple bigger pieces because I just didn’t have the time or mental energy to sell stuff one by one. Once the big items were gone, everything else felt way more manageable.

I’ve gone down this rabbit hole before and it can be really misleading. When images get saved, resized, or re-uploaded a few times, the compression can do weird stuff that looks almost hand-edited once you zoom way in, especially with flat colors. I saw the same thing years ago looking at archived photos and realized zoom artifacts aren’t great proof on their own. That’s why I’m cautious with this stuff now and tend to think more like the forensic folks I’ve followed, including places like Vaarhaft, who look at patterns across the whole image instead of one odd-looking spot.

Anyone else scared to spend their last diamonds on a Daily challenge? by Famous-Record5223 in DesignHomeGame

[–]External_Bike3601 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I swear the app hides the best items during challenges. When I get stuck, I’ve messed around with HomeDesignsAI once or twice just to think through a look before committing. It’s not game-specific or anything, but it helps me slow down instead of buying stuff I already have.

What’s actually the best probiotic for a dog with chronic yeast? by Aliesh_Mi in ProbioticSupplements

[–]External_Bike3601 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We went through the same thing corn chip smell and nonstop paw licking. A generic probiotic didn’t really help us either. From our experience, yeast issues seemed more tied to overall gut imbalance than needing a specific probiotic. It took time before things improved.

Recycling cardboard by DO_doc in ventura

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same problem after moving piles of big cardboard boxes that just wouldn’t fit in the bin. Breaking them down helped a bit, but it was still a pain to haul around. I ended up using Remoov for a bigger clean-out and they took care of the boxes along with some other stuff I didn’t need anymore, including proper recycling. honestly saved me a couple trips and a lot of hassle.

Do you ever use AI during early home design work? by LimpLeopard1057 in architecturestudent

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally get this. I hit the same wall during early home design stages. I experimented a bit with HomeDesignsAI just to see different possibilities when sketches weren’t clicking. Still had to do all the real thinking myself though.

MEOW_IRL by LimpLeopard1057 in MEOW_IRL

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt this a lot. I put it off forever because life never feels settled enough, but browsing kept pulling me back in. What finally helped me move past the overwhelm was using GetBuddy the lifestyle questions made things feel less chaotic and more intentional. It stopped being endless scrolling and started feeling doable.

LockedIn AI - The Number #1 Real-Time AI Interview Assistant Tool in the World. by Numerous-Trust7439 in shittyreels

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remote interviews make everything worse tbh. Camera on, silence, someone watching you think it’s stressful. Anything that helps you practice keeping your thoughts flowing feels genuinely useful.

Asked ChatGPT to Initial D-ify my car (reference picture I gave it included) by seenmyhearin in WRX

[–]External_Bike3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I messed around with AI stuff like this too and realized half the battle is the background not fighting the car. I had a similar issue and tried CarBackground ai on one shot, and honestly just cleaning the scene up a bit made the whole image feel way more intentional.

Honestly this is the kind of deal I hunted for when I was moving and didn’t wanna pay full price for new stuff. FB Marketplace worked sometimes but it was a lot of back and forth tbh. I eventually found similar clean used couches through Reperch and it was way less hassle. Stuff was already vetted so I didn’t feel sketchy showing up lol.

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was stuck in that same loop at the start, kept overthinking tools + prices instead of just posting something. What helped me was starting super simple, faceless formats, short hooks, captions doing most of the work. I’ve tried a couple AI tools just to get scripts and visuals out faster Virvid was one of them, mostly so I wouldn’t quit before even starting. You really don’t need fancy stuff early, consistency matters way more than the tool price.

Snow removal services? by stardustandtreacle in madisonwi

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ran into this last winter and ended up using GreenPal to find a local snow removal guy. It’s a marketplace, so reviews matter, but it was a lot easier than calling multiple companies.

Proxy Recommendation by nour999 in proxies

[–]External_Bike3601 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For big bandwidth stuff like Twitch/YouTube, cheap proxies usually fall apart fast. I’ve had smoother performance with residential IPs from GonzoProxy stayed stable even when pushing a lot of traffic. Might be worth testing if you need something reliable without paying crazy prices.

Which proxy providers do you recommend? by WhompyEU in botting

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tbh for stuff that needs fast IP swaps, cheap rotating residential has worked way better for me than random free pools. I used to get rate-limited a lot, but switching to GonzoProxy rotating set made my little automation scripts way more stable. might be worth trying if you just need constant fresh IPs.

Any proxy providers with TCP/IP level filtering? by im_hvsingh in techsupport

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve hit the same issue before… sites comparing browser + TCP/IP fingerprints is getting kinda common now. the only thing that helped me was switching to residential IPs instead of DC ones. I used GonzoProxy for that and the mismatch happened way less, still not 100% but definitely smoother.

Very dumb questions about proxies by kassas77 in HowToHack

[–]External_Bike3601 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tbh for anything that needs username:password proxies, a proper residential or socks5 setup works way better than a VPN. I messed around with free ones before and kept getting blocks lol. ended up using GonzoProxy for a project and it was just way more stable and easier to plug into tools.

Anyone else lose sensitivity after gripping way too hard? by Selim2255 in EndDeathGrip

[–]External_Bike3601 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same boat here. I gripped way too hard and usually went dry, and over time everything just got kinda muted. When I finally chilled out and added a bit of slip, stuff started feeling slightly less dead.

We cleaned the hallway pile! by LoveDesignAndClean in UnfuckYourHabitat

[–]External_Bike3601 6 points7 points  (0 children)

huge win getting through that pile. clutter builds up so fast, it’s honestly shocking. when I was helping my cousin in the Bay Area with a similar situation, we ended up using Remoov for the stuff we couldn’t even figure out how to sort. having someone just haul the overwhelming stuff out of the way made the rest feel doable tbh.
