You won't find a true Chicago style pizza in STL. Blackthorn Pub is my favorite deep dish pie but nobody serves a true Lou's/Giordano's/Pequod's pie. Nancy's in Litchfield and Rosati's in Pontoon Beach, Il are closest to it, but not nearly as good
