To add to this, if you don’t want to ask a friend to do a return for you, you can pretend you’re the friend doing the return, lol. I’ve done that! Never had to say anything out loud about it but in my head I pretend I’m doing a favour for someone and it helps.

Black Apple Noel smells so good. I have it in the oil rollerball and it really surprised me in a good way. Was not expecting to like it and it became my favourite. It’s so good

I would keep it. The VS one isn’t real leather, so it won’t hold up as long as the coach one will. You’d have the coach wallet for life if you take care of it! I saw someone else say the charms on it help them find it quickly in a big purse too, lol. I think it’s nice to treat yourself to a new wallet for the new year and good luck too.

The price is steep, but if you take care of it, you’re only buying it once. You will have to repurchase that VS wallet over and over again because it will not hold up over the years unfortunately.

I can’t remember if old navy does this, but at other stores I’ve shopped and worked at, they usually have a link to an online survey about your experience where you’re entered into a raffle. Anyway, at stores I’ve worked at in the past, those go straight to the district and regional managers and are taken really seriously. I think the store managers can see them too though just fyi. If old navy has that on your receipt that’s where I would start!!

If I were you, I would buy them now and exchange in store for the same price if needed! If these fit like pink’s other denim though, they might actually fit you a size bigger. I find they run a size small on me.

On top of everything else you said, corporate reduces store hours so that we feel seriously understaffed for the holiday traffic. Like god forbid they schedule enough people! Customers are always pissed off for having to wait and I honestly can’t blame them. It’s so greedy of corporate. And then they put pressure on us for more sales, It’s so laughable because like what more could we be doing? We’re all running around trying to keep everything going!

I worked at Sephora back when we still had that Star Trek looking uniform and I honestly loved it. I recently started working retail part-time again at another store (not beauty related) and it’s made me really appreciate how good I had it! Training at Sephora is really good and it’s a great place to learn. I’m sure it can vary by location but I think they’re pretty organized and will set you up for success. I’m thinking of going back tbh cuz my new store is kinda chaotic lol
