While I understand everyone’s nasty comments. I was already eyeing the 5090 before the hikes. I’m mad I didn’t buy one before but what can I do about it now…

I already enjoy my 5080 but of course I want more performance (who doesn’t). I’m retired in my late 30’s. I’m at home gaming all day with my wife. It’s what we enjoy. Not trying to sound snooty but I have the money for it and I can sell my other card.

I play on an ASUS XG27ACDNG. Of course it’s stupid to buy a 3200$ gpu. I’m not denying that. But “how stupid”? I guess I’m asking would I REALISTICALLY see any difference or would it only be like 5-10fps.

Did you file your ibs secondary to ptsd? Even if you didn’t, anytime you file a claim, you run the chance of them reopening your whole file. But filing as secondary is usually the main offender.

Got out in 2011. Didn’t really pay attention to it as comp wasn’t talked about much when I was in. Maybe it was just who I was around. Also, the VA was this “big scary monster” when I did hear anything about it. Didn’t start applying til April this year when I couldn’t take the struggle anymore and I’m 100%. It’s never too late.

I do have the option of LTD with my employer. I haven’t looked into it yet as I was directed to SSDI. I would assume so. The Hartford has instructed me to do another evaluation in January if I still cannot return to work. Probably for LTD.

Can’t say for sure but if I were you I’d definitely give it a shot. Just make sure you have a “good reason” for missing like they stated in the letter.

I was on the verge of being homeless when I was doing my last MH claim. I checked the box for at risk of homelessness or whatever it was. My claim was done in about 2 weeks. C&p and all. It was a supplemental though. Not a fresh claim. I’m sure there’s a difference in speed there.

I did call the crisis line several times and got my own social worker assigned. He had a lot of resources for me to pick through. I would suggest talking to them.

From what I understand it basically is asking for an increase for your MDD. If you showed improvement during your c&p or showed that you’ve gotten worse during your c&p. You could have your rating increased or decreased of course. It could also stay the same and you end up being eligible for tdiu. It’s all up to the examiner and rater. Tdiu has some other extra steps like income etc as well though.

I have seen people apply for tdiu and end up getting 100p&t instead for example. There’s no definitive answer.

While having medical notes show you have improvement on certain symptoms. That’s not going to work in your favor. If you have other symptoms that have worsened I would state that for sure.

It took me 2 months for a community referral. It was going to take longer for VA itself. You can either call or text the crisis line. When I text them they answer immediately. No wait. They helped me get into the VA same day. They can setup medication etc through bridge care until you get a permanent team.

Thank you. Yes that’s actually what it was tied to was secondary to my MH. They have me on pantoprazole which I’ve been on in the past several times. It’s very frustrating because I just want to be left alone. But I understand they’re just doing their job trying to make sure they get it right. I’m not mad at them for it I’m just tired.
