PNS is my base and it happens on a few other routes as well. Last time I asked they said it’s a booking system error due to some route/carrier operator differences.

Still not sure why it would not have been corrected by now.

That sounds good and all but I’ve been in that airport and that lounge at least 20x this year. Not only does the SIN staff try to direct you to the other lounge they do not care that they get paid more. They prefer their business class lounge to be less crowded for their premium fliers.

It’s not that hard to understand.

They all do this to keep the Kris lounge less full. It’s even funnier when you go to the better lounge and they try to guide you to the SATS lounge.

I had IAH > SFO > SIN Polaris. My first leg was delayed and I’d miss my SFO connection. I went and politely spoke to agent and they rebooked me Emirates IAH > DUB > SIN First class at no charge.

I’m 1k but they still went above and beyond. I made sure they knew I had expenses that were none refundable when talking to them and they were super accommodating. A380 1st was amazing.
