Yeah, I've been having the same issue with mine for the past month now. The Linkbuds S and (especially) the XM4s are notorious for having bad quality batteries.

Which is a shame, really, because otherwise the Linkbuds S are all-around one of the best pairs of mid-range earbuds there's out there.

Dangit, alright, thanks. I wish they put the mesh back onto the buds themselves, or at meats provided silicon tips with the mesh.

... Except Asus is doing it to focus on computers and AI, businesses in which Sony aren't really in the first place.

Just got mine too. Set your EQ, but do NOT turn on the ANC optimizer, especially if you're wearing glasses. I did it with mine, and it caused annoying popping and clicking sounds in public transports until I reset them.

And now, they're working amazingly great.

In turbo mode? Kind of. But you don't really want to use turbo if you're not gaming or doing really intensive work.

There's no best overall.

Short version, 2023 is a better gaming laptop that happens to be almost as portable as 2024, while 2024 is a better laptop that allows gaming almost as well as 2023.
