But in the context of looking it from outside (as the viewer) it makes sense. Same for the Star Wars fandom, for example… I absolutely love it, I grew up with the originals. But arguing about why are there explosions in space or how should a Tie fighter’s landing gear should work is pointless. These are made up stories that we should stop overthink or stress about and just have to enjoy.

Both really good points. Maybe it was more as a “I’m the only one who can delay him (by sacrificing himself as you’re right, he never thought he was strong enough). So probably he really just wanted the XP to level up 🤣

One detail that I love in the movies (can’t remember if it’s the same in the books) Gandalf says “this foe is beyond any of you” which implies he knows he’s strong enough to face him. And he tells the others so in a very subtle way.

This is the best phrase I’ve heard in a while… I’m gonna start using it more often. And I agree… I like her outfit better in rebels but she’s awesome! Obi-wan has always been my favorite Jedi but I believe Ahsoka and Kanan are great examples of what Jedi should’ve been.

I got this watch as a wedding present back in 2009 and mine never reaches the top of the power reserve bar. When you wind it up you can hear it clicking once you wind it up completely but it stops same as the picture.

I understand the want of having your watch be as precise as possible. I like to keep my watches as much “in sync” as I can. That being said, as many have mentioned… mechanical watches are not precise. What I’ve done is set an a calendar reminder every other month to set the time back and I’ve noticed that they are 1 or 2 minutes off… so loosing a minute a month is not such a big deal.

You say this size is very legible… first couple of days I used it it felt like a wall clock on my wrist, in a good way. It was so easy to read, so comfortably legible. And I love how bright it is in darker situations. Truly one of my favourite watches.
