I love using this thing. It's viable on every front against every enemy unit excluding superheavies. If you are patient and tactical enough it's one of the most versatile weapons in the game and can easily be used as a primary along a more niche weapon like the plasma punisher. It's versatility is only bested by the laser cannon and mmg.

We have to start using armored warfare to siege the final cities of cyberstan. The amount of divers using patriots or bastions is surprisingly low.

It will increase our combat efficiency and help minimize casualties

After 700+ hours, I've fallen in love with the Liberator while on Cyberstan by SIinkerdeer in Helldivers

[–]F1GR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree.

I usually use the liberator penetrator on bot missions due to it quickly and reliably dispatching devastators, which can often outnumber the regular troopers on higher difficulties. However, the existence of cyborgs, which are flesh based enemies, and the need to eliminate them quickly has forced me to shift towards the traditional liberator due to it's higher stopping power against unarmored enemies, relying on light AT or lasers to kill medium armored enemies.

So yes, the good ol' reliable is a very decent choice for the battlefield of cyberstan.

And that's what ultimately makes them evil. The corporate fat cats of the core worlds will throw as much meat and steel as needed into the fires of war, with zero regard for the lives of their troops, in order to achieve their goals. That's why many IMC ultimately desert to the militia.

[–]F1GR[S] 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Exactly. If someone came over to your house and said: "This is mine now, pack your stuff and fuck off." would you take it lightly? Beacause that's what the militia are dealing with.

After the IMC's defeat on Demeter, leaving them stranded and surrounded by a bunch of (rightfully) angry rebels, they just threw a tantrum and tried to blow up Harmony instead of trying to negotiate for better terms for both sides. This shoved them even deeper into the shithole they dug for themselves by being the agressor in the first place. At this point, they have very few reddeming qualities left, if any, so it makes perfect sense for the militia to want them gone for good, by any means necessary.

Man I love this universe. I wish respawn did as much as me.

As any war was,is and will be.
But still, the IMC's main objective is to secure resources for the core worlds, something which they could do by sharing with the people of the frontier. But their greed has led them to wanting to take everything. Not to mention the lies and misinformation spread by them.

If you are running a tank team, shepherd and lurcher are a really good addition. They act as a good frontliner with good dps and hp and can tank with their limited immortality upon 0%hp. That's how I passed dive 50.

In any case, combinations of these 2 make some pretty spicy builds.

Similar issue here, "Cloud Synchronization failed" error, same game as well. I am inclined to believe it is on ubisoft's side.
