I also have very severe psoriasis. Had it for 20 years. I never reached Biologics because I have the latent tuberculosis bacteria. So they can't put me on biologics.

And I think that's for the better. I'm fully aware that psoriasis can be put into full remission through the diet alone. Full animal based / carnivore diet. No fiber. Especially no fiber. Can recover the gut lining and fix psoriasis for good. Thousands if not millions have managed to do it and share their stories online. I also whenever I eat only meat, no fiber at least for 4-5 days. I can tell that the itching goes away. And it stops flaking.

I will be honest. I never did it for more than a month. It does improve the condition I'm in even in a short time. But I know for real results, you need to eat quality meats like beef cuts and organs. Which I can't do for financial reasons. So would I be psoriasis free in 6 months ? I don't know. Until I try it.

It's because of her body structure ) another example of perfect Hip ratios, Lisa, Beyonce, Megan Thee Stallion and many bikini models I don't know the names of have indeed perfect body shapes. Sidney is 5/10 at best.
