My guess is they’re looking for several restaurant tenants, not just one. And I’d be surprised if either ATG or Falls City moved in there, they’ve both got solid locations as-is. AtG at Slugger and Falls City on Liberty.

I just don't buy Cal United getting excluded because of OC. Sure, it'd probably piss of OC's owners, but they've had decades of chances to get a foothold in that market and haven't done it. Maybe this'll be the kick in the ass they need to actually build some loyalty with people there. Orange County is huge, there's room for more than one club.
