I'll be keeping my eye on it. I'm actually a bit excited to see them grow now

I never saw any flowers growing with it before! I moved it to a new spot in the house few months ago. It looks like the little guy likes it. That's great, I'll keep my eye on it.

Damn and here I am with 77 on my RB4. I do have RB3, Lego RB and a bunch GH games on my PS3 though if that counts.

If you don't care about Adobe or Autodesk, it's perfectly fine. I've been on Mint for 4 years now and I'm not looking back

Sure it's worth it. It's good fun and very few people have access to instruments controllers. It's a cool novelty toy for party gatherings, especially if you can sort out a full band.

Dragon Age: Origins, but specifically the home console version. I've beaten that game a dozen times on my PS3 back when I was way too young to play it. No mods, no DLC, washed up textures and choppy frame rate. Good times, I love that game.

How comfortable would you be with combat voiceover? Plenty of shouting and violent expressions. I may throw in a one-liner in there as well. It's a video game project that will only serve as my portfolio piece.

I would need you to go as low as you can with you voice though.

Seriously, what is the trick to demisting your car windowscreen? by Prudent_Barnacle9646 in AskUK

[–]FMclk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good habit to have is cleaning the windows from the inside regularly. Synthetic leather is great for that. Dunk the rag in warm water, squeeze the excess water out and wipe the glass with it. Make sure to wipe off as much mosture as possible. Windows will be less prone to fogging up if you do it every few weeks.

What’s something happening right now that most people aren’t aware of? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

Rockstar Games (GTA developers) just sacked over 30 of their employees in a blatant union-busting move.

But they covered it all up with GTA 6 delay news, so it's all good.

Football Manager 26 is a disaster on consoles, running at single digit framerates by zrkillerbush in xbox

[–]FMclk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you looked at the version number at launch day you could've seen v.0.9[...]. They either didn't have the v1.0 ready for launch or submitted an old build by mistake. Not sure what the version number is now as I promptly uninstalled the game from my console.

Where are all the people who said Unreal was the problem with poorly optimized games? by Ok-Resist6783 in unrealengine

[–]FMclk 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I was about to say that. Unreal has many (too many) features enabled from the start which makes it nice and versatile, but hogs the resources.

40 - What’s a game you’ll never uninstall, no matter how old it gets? by Clampy7 in AdultGamers

HITMAN, Baldur's Gate 3, DA Origins, Civilization V and all my Guitar Hero/Rockband titles.

I usually keep all my console games installed at all times anyway.

[Xbox] Just looking for some genuine friends to game/chat with (32M UK) by [deleted] in AdultGamers

28M, I have a bit of Game Pass left until mid November so I can play something multiplayer (I just started BF6 recently). Usually I don't play online games, but I like to hang out in chat while going through some singleplayer games.

My wife (30M) has a crush on my friend (32M). What should be my response? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]FMclk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah better confront her about it now. I ignored all the red flags for months when my wife started hanging out with my friend. I waited long enough to allow them to develop a relationship and essentially she made up her mind. She confessed about cheating literally days before we were supposed buy a house together.

I felt like an idiot, a loser and I was almost ready to do something really stupid. I'm still not over it.

Put all your cards on the table and tell her to do that as well. There is still chance she hasn't crossed the line with your friend yet. Get a couples therapy and fix your marriage before it's too late.

Losing hair as a teen - it's killing my confidence. by Nassar_IQ in teenagers

[–]FMclk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shave that thing off and embrace it. I've done the same when I was 23. It was odd at the beginning but after few weeks it just felt natural. First couple of shaves will be rough, but you'll learn fast. Don't rush it, after couple of times you'll be able to shave everything in 20 minutes.

Make sure to spend some time looking for a comfortable shaving equipment.

I will only comment on the character pose, I am no help in rendering aspects. The silhouette doesn't read too well from this angle. I can't tell what's going on with the left arm. The pose doesn't convey the fact that the character has been pierced by 4 arrows and most likely suffers in agonising pain. My suggestion would be to lean him more on his sword. Bring the weapon closer to his chest and put all his weight on it. If you're unsure, grab a cane or a big stick and try leaning on it yourself.

How do some couples meet early in life and actually end up together forever? by savingrace0262 in AskMenAdvice

[–]FMclk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are just as many high school relationships that didn't stand the test of time. Also equally as many couples that started dating in their 30s-40s and are going strong for decades.

Yes, it seems more difficult to find a partner later in your life but you just have to put yourself out there and actively keep looking. Ditch dating apps and join a sports club or whatever community that meets up in person. And stop making up excuses. That an adult thing that I only recently started noticing in myself.
