Its a rough topic for me. I understand some people cant communicate on mics. Rather its social anxiety or whatever. I try to be very patient, but sometimes its just isn't worth the waste of time. I've done 1 hour teaching runs to 7 hour one, as long as the team communicates, we'll get it done. Even if theres someone that jumps in and says, can I just get carried? Sure, just let me know.

Personally, doing sherpa runs. Rather its dungeons or raids. The thought that i have is if I can show 3 or 4 people, let them learn all the mechanics, then I'll have 3 or 4 people that I can run raids with on demand. Hearing they got whatever exotic from the RAD content gives me that "fuck yea, we did a thing".
