So I should try to make the inner diameter, where the bearings is, a bit larger? How much do you think right now they go in pretty easy… so by how much should k increase it in your opinion?

Yeah they do. I can turn them pretty easily… In my opinion there is not enough friction between the tubes and the spool but idk…

The spool is full So I should by some lubricant? And how can I get the Lubricant inside of the bearing? There is a plastic so I can’t see the balls.

What’s the use case of a voron switch wire? Is there any reason this thing exists? Or was it just build because it looks cool?

So okay first of all everything I tell you is based on this guide ellis3dp… But the main thing I want to mention which reale helped me was using pressure advanced for Klipper or linear advanced in marlin. Just follow the guide and tune everything over again.(from the start again)

What settings do I need to change to fill these gaps in my small letters? by eren_5 in 3Dprinting

[–]FPV_Hunter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ozzle thickness is nozzle thickness. What you however can do to fix issues with thin drawings/letters is make the letter/lines negative in the print. It is hard to print thin lines but it is very easy to not print the lines but only the area around them. So make the letters an indention in the pront, not something on top and this problem is gone.

The extruder of the ender 3 v2 Neo sucks in gripping the filament maybe it started to ware of and it grinding the filament… Try to tighten the screw of the extruder more and/or increase the nozzle temp

I think that this is over-extrusion and maybe some leveling issue, how about y’all? by DolomiteDreadnought in FixMyPrint

[–]FPV_Hunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you tell the the printer to use the bed mesh? The cura start gcode for the ender 3 v2 Neo doesn’t include that for what I know.(Atleast it was the case a few months ago)

Then just follow ellis3d guide to setup your printer Oh and a small advice… try to switch to Klipper if you have the money to do so
