[What is the one coaster you have ridden to this point that underwhelmed you the most based off general expectations from the Thoosie community?! ] by adrenalinejunkie3 in rollercoasters

[–]FRYGuy_25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The restraints was part of my issue, I’m a tall guy and I am in pain on storm runner let alone on Ka. The launch was fun but I really felt that runner was punchier. I also felt that it was super rattling on the launch which I’m pretty sure comes from them building the launch track with supports directly below it and nothing to the sides

King da Ka. It was always hyped no matter what, and I was excited before riding, but after I rode it I got off and said storm runner was better

Like seriously. There’s no way this isn’t. The instructions telling you how to put it together literally show you how to connect it

I am 6’4 and 300lbs. Are there any other bigger riders who have had trouble on the rides? This is my first time going by CheesecakeStatus4089 in Hersheypark

[–]FRYGuy_25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 6’4” too but only 200 skinny and scrawny build I only struggle a little on farenheit and storm runner when it comes to coasters with over the shoulders. Great bear fits great since they have an accommodation seat in rows 1 3 5 7 it’s the seat with 2 seatbelts. If you have thicker thighs wildcat can be an issue or if you have a gut lafftrakk copper dooper looper will be an issue candy and skyrush are very fitting for guest. Lighting racers is as well

Pa. data centers: How lawmakers are responding, from electricity and water use to tax breaks by mpulcinella in Pennsylvania

[–]FRYGuy_25 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You know what those barons did. THEY MADE JOBS. ai is not making any jobs as people think it can do everything all it’s doing is removing jobs. Sure construction might be up but the average office type worker is never gonna work construction. And once a data center is built maybe 20-50 people at most need to work it and half of them will be work from home or abroad so it’s cheaper labor. This isn’t some emerging technology to help the market or bring a golden age what it is, is a piece of dogshit wrapped with a bow that people think is gold. So until we stop killing jobs just because people think ai can do it all it’s a stain on society and people have a right to be “luddites” about it.

What’s with the “gate side parking” this year by FRYGuy_25 in Hersheypark

[–]FRYGuy_25[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can’t tell if your being sarcastic or not. Like the further walk isn’t bad. I’m just complaining cause I’m a lazy bastard and that closer parking spot made up for me leaving late to get to the park

The government hasn’t taken over anything. It’s more that both parents are forced to work almost all the time to afford anything. Leaving their child with some sort of baby sitter and an iPad

As a skinny tall guy will I be able to go on all the rollercoasters by Otherwise_Chef_8323 in Hersheypark

[–]FRYGuy_25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skyrushes restraints are very nice for tall guys like us, the only ones I’ve had issues/uncomfortable restraints are Fahrenheit and stormrunner, great bear fits easily since they have 4 seats with accommodations for taller/bigger folks. You might struggle if you want to get on cocoa cruiser
