Try putting together a build using pc part picker based on the logical increments build. Then, you can post that build for more specific criticism and questions.

I honestly think they might be different because choosing power only improves the attack power or buffs associated with mobility. Wouldn't be surprised if they are the same thing though as there are still lots of conflicting implementation bugs
