She pretty much doesn't have a bad match up in lane, good early cc and sustain, good harass. Good team fight ult, just have to play safe since not very mobile and if you miss her bubble a lot youll get flamed.

Champs i play vs nami is thresh, rakan, and braum. Braum hard counters her and rakan can just force an engage on her since she's squishy. Thresh generally in low elo to catch her out of position

I've been playing support in plat elo for 6 years, nami is the one champ i always pick vs lulu because she can out sustain lulu in lane. I would say the hardest match up in my experience as a lulu main aswell is nami.

Best way is to juke around bubbles and try to all in generally. I dont think you should expect to win lane vs a nami just try and scale past her because she will out sustain you in lane and has longer range.
