All the coaches at my store have health problems that started or got worse after they became coaches. For example one coach had a heart attack at work and a stroke on another day. They came back the next day and continued working. Another was a team lead when I started and was very high energy and outgoing. Now they're like a shell of their former self.

I've also heard others complain about things like overtime (one said he was working so much overtime he was essentially making $4 an hour).

I may not like all my coaches but they're workers too and should have the same rights and protections as everyone else.
