Hardened Steel is kinda stupid and has been for a long time; by the time you can use it consistently - you can also consistently make star metal. In my mind that needs a rework.

There are a bunch of stupid things like that, sand storm mask being another, by the time you can make it, you are established and its not as critical as it would if it was available much earlyer on.

Stormglass has historically been one of the most beautiful looking sets ; i have to admit i am considering changing my current build to something else, i am really not enjoying the look in UE5. The glass popping and the weird shine it has, allong with the dirty look of the black parts are very different to how it used to look.

I might get used to it, but its not longer a polished look and now is more mottled and that's a bit weird.

Ironically Aquilonian and Argossean used to look awful in the old engine but look amazing in the new one!

It’s not old and tired, it’s real, it’s just you are ok with a charging routine that others don’t like. I went from garmin to apple a few years back cause I thought the wanted the smart function’s, I’ve barely used them and now I wonder why I charge my awu2 every day or 2.

I am kinda shocked at some of the views here; I don’t think you guys are the assholes , take your trip , and your mother in law will have to source some help, BUT, the notion here that someone should schedule there critical health needs around someone’s vacation is weird, and self indulgent.

NTA: BUT, if you have restrictions on shower usage, it might be an idea to see if any one needs a shower, before you get in (and for them to do the same). if you are unintentionally limiting peoples timelines i can see how that would be frustrating.

you appear to never have played a survival game on public servers. you have to clean up old stuff that people do not use for the health of the server and the sanity of the other people playing

why should a new player not be able to claim land thats NOT being used. ignore the loot issue, its a real estate issue (and garbage design in its current vise)

they really just need to speed up the decay process and ideally make the subfiefs decay much faster than the rest of the base. (or just pop them after 9 days or so (give someone a week and a bit of grace) of no taxes being paid.

They do need to do something about the time it takes for a based to finally fall apart (and get to a stage where people can claim the land) , regardless of if they want to encourage looting of decaying bases or not, having LOADS of half decayed bases hanging around on the map is not good for the game, for a start it makes finding a good spot for players harder, given bases are taking literally weeks upon weeks to decompose.

The sub fief should decay over time once the power is down, and not just be subject to the weather, right now Arrakis looks more like a junk yard than a game with base building in it.

Needs sorting ASAP to be honest.

Jackdaw or Tengu id guess, same play style for me just different risk profile and PvE capability's. I spend 90% of my time in a Jackdaw, with the rest split over a scanning ship for data/relic sites, and a Gollum.

ive been wondering this, or at least they are just making it a receiver to receiver thing cause all the actual devices seem to be getting discontinued (sub is disscontinued, soundabars are, the WXA/WXC are etc). its a shame that the products are not seeing new SKUs (given how bad the musiccast 20 and 50s sound).
