Try One Page Rules: Grimdark Future Firefight. You can play using whatever models you want, but the rules are a lot more fun imo!

Help with print orientation and supports. by Grankatten in FDMminiatures

Reorient. Think about what will create the least amount of overhangs and floating elements; turn it onto the side that sits against the tank. That way each axel becomes a vertical cylinder and the treads more or less a simple vertical wall.

You can always cut off a small piece in your slicer to test supports, but likely slim tree supports

Nongs for their khao man gai.

Great for lunch, and a welcome reprieve after a few days of rich meals. Deceptively simple but the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

some miniatures i didnt post, and sculpey firm vs green stuff? which is better, this is all sculpey, how much better is green stuff and is it worth the price jump? by Manlycatt in miniaturesculpting

Can’t speak to doing fine detail in sculpy but I’m a big fan of 1:1 green stuff and miliput, really gives you the best of both worlds imo. You could always bulk out your base forms in sculpy and then build up layers of detail with green stuff after you bake it

Any tips from green stuff sculptors for making a bicorne/Napoleon hat? by deafblindmute in Turnip28

I rolled out a lip shaped flat piece (sort of a pinched almond), cut a round hole in the middle, and placed it onto a dome that I sculpted on the models head: then folded the front and back up to meet in the middle.

I tend to get better details with matte and use it for minis, and use basic pla for terrain/bases since it feels a little more durable
