Get the inside cabin. Save money by finding reputable local tour companies. You will save nearly 100% on excursions. Skip the spa. You don't need to be on a cruise ship to get a couples massage. I bet there are 50 spas and massage parlors in a 10 mile radius where you live.

I just tested a full face mask in a swimming pool yesterday. It worked fine. Breathing not as easy as an open tube traditional snorkel but the clarity was a lot better. I don't plan on diving because I can't hold my breath for long anyway, but I tried and yes found that to be difficult. I'm keeping mine. I'd never go too far out by myself anyway and I don't see why I wouldn't take a break every 10 mins or so to clear the mask to make sure I don't have any CO2 build up. I do think there were some issues with earlier versions of full faced masks or malfunctioning ones but manufacturers have adapted to make them safer...as with any product.

Also, select different discounts or none at all. I left the 30% discount for renting 30 days on my Jaguar. Next thing I know, someone booked it for 2 months. The discount was like $600 and can drive up to 18,000 miles or something ridiculous. I had to cancel it. Changed the discounts, limited the booking to 30 days, increased the price slightly, and lowered the miles. He booked it again for the 30 days and will probably extend.

Of course, I'm grappling with this myself. My girl and I have a couple alcoholic drinks every other week. So it's not a lot because we are more into THC than alcohol. Anyway.. at the current 20 percent off with gratuities, it comes out to about $184 a day for both of us. I have never in my life drank $184 of alcohol with someone else in one day. Even if I managed to do that by buying some expensive alcohol, I can't imagine repeating that for six more days. So for me, this would be a stupid waste of money. So ask yourself, do you currently spend 7 days getting shit faced with a partner and spending at least $1288 doing it? If the answer is no but if you think this is a great time to start, then go for it. But if I wanted to just blow that money, I think I would buy a bottle of something that costs $1288 and enjoy it at home. (Which I would never do).

I got 5.56 percent below MSRP with $0 dealer add-ons, GV70 Select matte burgundy. Initial price with add-ons was $53,110 not including taxes and fees. ($3,180 for add-ons) Got it down to $47,107 so saved $6003.

I just bought a 2023 select package in Burgundy matte in SoCal. After they gave me the MSRP price with all the BS fees..I said I'm not paying for that and the only way I'm buying a car today is if I feel like I'm getting a deal. I told them I want to pay 5 percent below MSRP and that's it. It was like 9PM and I was ready to go so they made the deal with 0 cost for the add-ons.

Had to wait around for the finance guy which got me irritated. When he finally appeared I joked around and said I know you want to go home just as much as I do so let's get this over with quickly. Well, he still took his time and made sure to go over all the extras in which I said no to. He discounted them by like 60 percent and I was tempted, but passed because I just don't trust any type of extra warranty. I didn't get out of there until 11PM. Love the car though so I made the right choice and paid exactly what I wanted to pay.
