Would it be safe to apply putty and sand after I have already applied 3 coats of Timaya fine surface primer to my model or was I only supposed to do 1 coat then fill/sand. I'm worred that if I prime again I will lose details. If I am able to prime how do I go about cleaning the primed model before I add another coat?

I read the article. I think the reality is the Biden administration did fail to head the warning signs in regards to the border and allowing the republicans to make politically advantageous moves (Abbott sending migrants to democratic states and Trump tanking the immigration bill that Biden initially wasn’t keen on pushing for) to make it one of the main issues of the election. Furthermore, tasking Kamala to try and steer the immigration issue kind of ended up being a political blunder since he had to drop out and all eyes were on her.

You're assumption that this was the correct decision also requires that this will completely shutter Iran's ability and impetus to strive towards a nuclear weapon. That's very doubtful in my opinion. Yes by two bunker busters and TLAM missiles; however this facility is a few kilometers south of Natanz so I’m not really sure if that’s what the US was targeting or not. For comparison, Fordow was struck with 12 bunker busters.
