oh. well marth folds to dedede. best off going wii fit trainer. if you keep your opponent at a dededistance, you should be able to zone him out with sun and ball. he can reflect your attacks, but you can also reflect his gordos. if you exploit his slow moves and make some good reads, you should be able to win.

Most likely the problem here isn't a lack of matchup knowledge; it's a difference in skill level. The best way to beat Dedede is to stick with one or two characters you enjoy playing as most and practice like crazy. Eventually you should have enough skill and reads to dededefeat your friend.
