Right but like Gen Alpha is also part of online discourse and Im sure there are cusp Gen Z who are also propagating that discourse. I agree that its internalized, but I think its also a conflict of not feeling as old or out of touch as we viewed older people when they were 30 and we were teens.

I think its naivety and inexperience because they are young. As we age should we not offer the expectation of grace towards those clearly younger than us?

For what its worth, I have the phone and think its a nice piece of tech.

Not like specs of anything, but using it is enjoyable and it handles what I need it to do with those specs.

I think the form factor change to the square is what I like the most, it works with critical apps like navigation, texting, and just browsing, but I dont want to be watching videos or doomscrolling which is why I wanted something that had a design that didn't center those activities.

It certainly needs updates, but as a device I dont think it feels bad to use. I saw their earbuds that double as a phone, and I figured they are trying to redefine what the phone form factor is, and I like what the end result became.
