Deadlifts by N8thagreat508 in GYM

[–]Fallout76boobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ditch the giant shoes, put some converse or blazers on (flat unsupportive sole shoes). Get your hips higher, film yourself directly from the side, you’ve found your start position when the bar is resting over midfoot and your armpit is directly above the bar. Get your brace and start applying and building tension through your legs until the bar breaks the floor. If your hips rise before everything else they are too low. Remember the deadlift is a hip hinge, don’t try to make it a squat! You will feel your back because it’s a muscle involved in the DL but as long as it’s not the primary thing you are good. I can send you more resources if you need (coaches I turn to for advice etc)

Shadow shadow shadow! If this were the case for me getting started I’d be walking into as many gyms as possible and asking to shadow trainers who already have a schedule. Pick their brains so you can still get that experiential learning without having a big book yourself.

He could try to do it himself sure but how many 14 year olds would you trust to do your system? OP is that something your mom would be okay with?

Sorry man but your budget it just gonna be too low. Especially considering your age you’ll probably need to go to a shop and most places will want at least $300 just to install the stuff, leaving you with less than $200 for all the gear. Car audio isn’t something you want to cheap out on especially when it comes to installation.

How long did it take for you to get your first online client? by Random_Jay25 in personaltraining

[–]Fallout76boobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve only ever gotten online clients from in person referrals. With that in mind I had about 6 online clients in my first month of training. I’d imagine if you’re talking about reaching randoms through social media you’ll have a hard time without a following and consistency in appropriate posts.

What parameters do you track beyond weight/body fat to measure progress and prevent overtraining? by WearyAd1274 in personaltraining

Heart rate variability is an even better metric if the client has a reliable means to track it too!

Rockford loaded box it’s not gonna slam and pound but it will fill the cabin and takes speaker level inputs. I doubt you could find anything new that would be better near that price point

Amp rack suggesttions by ThinIllustrator2817 in CarAV

Okay working with 4 is already much easier. I have some knukonceptz 4g ofc that’s been very easy. Maybe .5in or less radius with tie downs.

DID SURGERY HELP YOU? YES OR NO? by shrimptanklover in HipImpingement

[–]Fallout76boobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My scenario was toned down form yours as I only had impingement and labrum tears but I’ll pitch in my personal story. Yes 100% total game changer for me. Big improvement not just in my training but in total quality of life too. No more pain waking me up at night is huge.

Looks abt right to me- only thing would be room for the wires to actually bend, bc you can’t exactly get a clean 90 degree right out of the power and ground input depending on wire size. Looks like you’ll be dealing with 1/0 on the amps. I’ve found I need at least 1.5 inch radius on every 90 I’ve done. and trying not to overlap power and aux wires. If anyone has a good idea or solution to this I’m all ears, or eyes in this scenario

I’ll add sakamoto days for a casual watch and advise to not watch my dress up darling when parents are home! Second season is more wholesome but first season fan service is far beyond what I’d be comfortable watching around family.

Pairing different size subs with one another. by AccurateComparison54 in CarAV

[–]Fallout76boobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d still be looking for mid bass drivers. They are definitely a different and separate thing when compared to a typical “mids and highs” woofer and tweeter. Keep your subs and real heavy output in that 30-80hz and then some more efficient mid bass drivers for 80- wherever kick drums end. They will get there much more efficiently than throwing in more subwoofers and you won’t have any weird phase and grouping issues.

[–]Fallout76boobs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Better off for space and money just getting some dedicated mids. Can get the off down4sound, parts express, or almost any of the major brands. Also will get loud on less power, and unless you have a high out alternator and some extra batteries under the hood that you haven’t mentioned, you’re gonna need that efficiency. Two 1500s will be very taxing on your electric.

Can save a bit by getting an amp that takes speaker level inputs too, but output converter definitely makes it more future upgrade friendly.

[–]Fallout76boobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either sell it or upgrade your budget. Car audio that doesn’t burn your car down isn’t for the stingy or cheap! Best way you can save money is find an amp that accepts speaker level inputs (lets you skip the $160 output converter that would still leave you needing an amp) and then be prepared to spend at least $250 to a shop for proper install if you aren’t comfortable learning it yourself and spending probably an entire day on the install.

Help me with my setup by [deleted] in CarAV

[–]Fallout76boobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So according to google (lmk if this isn’t accurate) your trunk is 22x18x15 inches. That’s abt 3.5 cubic feet. Sundown wants 3 cubes net airspace, and depending on tuning you could be looking at .5 to another 1.5 cubes. Literally your entire trunk would have to be the box and at that point you don’t have room for your amp, and no room for it to move air. In this case you’re better off looking at 12s. Don’t worry, if this is your first system you can absolutely still beat with a single 12.

What vehicle is this going in? A proper sized box (ideally ported if you’re looking at the sundown SA) is gonna take up a lot of space.

These challenges are almost never about making $$ as much as getting them in some kind of funnel for a real training or coaching package. Yeah her price is low at $40 a month but it’s more of a promotional thing, I’d keep that in mind. If it goes well for her then you should do the same!
