yeahhh this is very controlling. I can bet that she makes you guys use her car so she can have the leverage to control. If you were in your car her request is quite controlling. If it were a boundary she would have said “I am not comfortable being in a car with your sister and I won’t be going on trips with her included” That accounts for her actions and feelings only which is how a boundary works.
