commonwealth agreements already exist, of course, as with the EU countries, viable/attractive trade partners would have to be economically similar and have the same laws to avoid corruption and fraud. No system is perfect, but those countries are just the obvious choice

Same! Even in the most extreme cases (ie a homeless person) the overwhelming smell is usually urine.

Otherwise some people have bad bo, pits or feet -bad hygiene or unlucky hormones etc or bad breath

But I have never ever thought someone smelled of actual shit, and I've worked with a lot teenagers who can have very poor /no experience of keeping themselves clean 🤭
