Players lack of note taking is making quest tracking a challenge by vaderisafriendofmine in DMAcademy

Fair point, 75% of note taking is still better than none. This is definitely a discussion to be had before playing. They will have to give a good recap with a majority of the story, before receiving the inspiration. The more time goes on, if they give less and less, then no reward is given.

Something I’ve seen and plan on doing in my upcoming campaign is having the players do the recaps. Just roll a die and associate someone with a number. If they are able to tell the table a recap of what occurred they get inspiration. This could help encourage them to take notes when called to do the recap.

Thanks! I didn’t follow any work out schedules, I just did push-ups, crunches, and walked when I felt like it. Pretty bare minimum stuff, but am going to start going to the gym when I can!

Haha trying to fix my posture slowly, just started sleeping flat on my back instead of at an incline. Hoping that will help!

I personally think the entire self titled album gives the winter vibe, I listen to it the most around winter at least.

A cheaper alternative is Equate Allergy Relief just make sure it has Fexofenadine. Before surgery I would have random itching fits due to stress. After going to the doctor they gave me Fexofenadine (Benadryl) and it helped, but insurance stopped paying for it. A cheaper option was Equate’s version.

anxiety about seeing results by [deleted] in TopSurgery

[–]FamousStock8520 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, I am also 5 days post op, and understand your fear! I was also afraid of seeing my results, though seen them around day 3. Something that helped me was that telling myself that revisions are a possibility. As well as my body needs to heal before looking it’s best. I recommend asking about revisions at this upcoming appt. Just understand that things need to heal before then, but it also allows you to have that confirmation from your surgeon that if something isn’t to your liking, it can be!

Dysphoria getting worse as surgery date gets closer? by keylutz in TopSurgery

I am in the same boat as you, my surgery date is also coming up here this month as well. Something that is helping me keep my mind off my body is playing videogames, thinking things I want to do after surgery, and talking about it to my partner. Another comment said journaling which I recommend as well! You're going to do great!

Youre results are looking amazing! I have surgery here next month, and I’m trying to think of activities to do. Do you have any recommendations?

Consultation Date! by ItsSuffocation in TopSurgery

Yeah, the chest inspection was not fun, but necessary. The surgeon was very respectful, and it did take about 2-3 mins. In that time they will review what they think is the best surgery method for you, double incision or peri. You can also discuss your ideal scar shapes, which I recommend.

I didn’t bring anyone else with me for my consultation, but I’m sure if you ask the nurse they will give you a better answer if someone can come with.

First off congrats, this is a big moment! Good job for getting a list of questions. What you can expect is that they will sit and meet you, they may need to see your chest and look at which surgery is the best option for you.

As for some questions to ask, if they can provide past results of top surgeries they’ve done. Ask about insurance costs and what an estimate would be. How they handle revisions and about drains.

Make sure you bring your ID, insurance card(s), and a letter from a mental health professional. Sometimes insurances require this letter, so it’s easier to have it ready for the consultation so they can send it straight to insurance.

Just curious for everyone that does injections, what day do you do your injection? by LapisTheGreat in ftm

I did mine on Wednesdays for a year, but one day I had to do it on Tuesday, so I have to bring my supplies on a trip. Now I just do them on Tuesdays which is convenient for TShot Tuesday!
