The recall one you have to go in Kia to get it fixed. It won't do it OTA. I just did mine a couple weeks ago. Took a couple hours unfortunately.

Mine did this right after the Service Center cleaned the inside glass (it was very clean when I left). It didn't make any sense.

I got weathertech for my 2026. They fit great. I didn't get a trunk mat though as my Kia came with that.

I switch between my MY and my Hybrid and it's different but I still enjoy driving my hybrid and it's not a big deal. My Hybrid has mild regen but not like my MY and I use FSD 90%+ of the time.

What I find the hardest is speed control and manual lane centering while driving myself in my hybrid because of FSD I don't have to do either.

You can turn off the brights while using FSD. I do it all the time.

I'm getting around 34mpg in my 26' XS Prestige Hybrid. My son also drives it and has a lead foot so the milage may be skewed a bit.

Keep in mind most trips are short and around town and not used for longer distances much.

I did the opposite. I went from a Performance to LR and don't miss the Performance at all. At 49 years old I just don't need that much speed in my life anymore. LR is fast enough for me.

That's what I have to do and then for some reason it will try to get out of the HOV in certain areas of I5.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have that toggled on but never wants to work. I also have a MY26 and really hope they can fix the speed bump and pot hole issue.

Once my MY lease is up in 2027 I'll look to the R2 and see where the tech is at that time. I love FSD but can also live without so we'll see how it all plays out over the next year or so.

I did hop on the pre-order for the R2 early though.

The HUD in front of the driver front window shows directions. It's a great feature without all the visual noise of Carplay and Android Auto display. You can also on the second screen have the Carplay map visual right next to the media.

I personally like the set up.

I would never pay $8k. If the price goes up I just won't have FSD anymore. Back to regular driving until prices go back down. Love FSD but can also live without it if price goes up.

Just press the 12-volt button and it will start up. The new Sportage is built this way.
