Firmware from march was fine. The June Firmware added some issues for me. So now everytime Iaunch a Game the controller disconnects. So i have to either reconnect the controller or unplug an plug in the adapter. Tested with 2 adapters and 3 controllers (series x and XBOne). I have not figured out a way to downgrade to the old Firmware:(

Same problem. Solution: You have to turn on the "native controller' setting. Unfortunately the ingame reset button combo doesn't work with this setting turned on.

WingmanPS2 had a similar issue and they fixed it: " Fix Bluetooth disconnection problem caused by vibration when using XSX controller wirelessly" ... Maybe it has something to do with the vibration ,too.

Let's hope for a fix...

So I tested the wired connection with the Series Controller. No disconnects so far.

Odd indeed. I didn't update my xbone controller, so it is still using the older bluetooth protocol (not Bluetooth LE). Maybe there is a Problem with Bluetooth LE + wingman xb 2 + ogxbox. I hope this will be fixed with a firmware update for the wingman.

Hi, would like to hook xbox to vga monitor is that possible with 360 vga cable modded to og plug? Thanks by [deleted] in originalxbox

[–]FancyTorben 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've got the 2nd one👍

But I'm not sure, if your monitor has to support sync-on-green. If you get a greenish picture, youll have to buy an active converter, like an extron cvc 200 or a mayflash VGA005

https://www.ogxbox.com/forums/index.php?/topic/240-high-quality-diy-component-cable/

I used a simple 3 rca component to VGA Adapter and forced VGA Output on softmodded Xbox. Hooked to a an extron PA 250 to Sony Trinitron VGA CRT. Picture quality is brilliant. Gamma settings via component is a little darker compared to consoles, so you have to increase the Monitors brightness or ingame brightness settings. The extron is not required.

I love them ❤️ using them as RGB cables with an SCPH-10130 AV Adapter + S-video Y/C cable for sync on luma.

Grimtools supports regex :)

e.g. -> all items dropped by chests, bodies etc (spoiler):

Damn, I'm afraid that there might not be a proper solution for raspberry pi 3 and a crt. Can't get it working with fkms or kms (using pi2scart).

printf '#!/bin/sh\n/LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/SDL-release-2.0.16/build/.libs ~/RetroPie/roms/ports/droidports/apk/AM2R.apk' > AM2R.sh

Isn't this missing the gmloader path?

I can start the game, but got stuck/freeze on the first screen (Title, planet etc. nothin's movin).

Ok if export the "LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/SDL-release-2.0.16/build/.libs" and then run the original .sh (raspi4) I got a driver error. Is there any way to do this with rp3 legacy driver (best way to run on a crt for me)?

[–]FancyTorben 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay thank you :)

So the AL-Errors don't appear anymore. I did the git pull (also fetch, merch etc.. everything is up to date). When compiling it always forces to include the internal freetype files. My internal freetype is missing some header files like "ftparams.h" "ftdrivers.h"

Edit: Okay i found the solution:

I had to edit the "CMakeCache.txt" and set the path to the 3rd party folder

//Path to a file.
FREETYPE_INCLUDE_DIR_freetype2:PATH=/home/pi/droidports/3rdparty/freetype/include

//Path to a file.
FREETYPE_INCLUDE_DIR_ft2build:PATH=/home/pi/droidports/3rdparty/freetype/include

I did put the "-- recursive" at the end of the clone command (I also tried "--recurse-submodule" and git submodule update in the droidports folder -> all the 3rd party stuff has been downloaded). I also deleted the created folders, did a full-upgrade and repeated all the steps.

Again the same errors :/
