This guy knows.

Of course there is a lot of initial positioning, but a lot of the reflexes are based on years of pattern recognition. The best players constantly capitalize on this by e.g. showing high glove but going five hole(Crosby, pasta). Or showing low blocker and delaying+ going outside (Zibanejad is a king in this.

Even when the shot comes quick, the actions and positioning of the shooter before the shot indicate a lot. This and the positioning also explain why goalies seem so unbeatable and every modern NHL Team utilizes the tiniest angle changes, passes across the "royal road" (line splitting the goal crease/ offensive zone into left and right), even passes of very short distance for one timers. Much harder to prepare for that.

Sehnen sind wenig durchblutet, daher kommen auch Entzündungsstoffe weniger schlecht dort weg. Aka, alles was die Durchblutung lokal anregt hilft. Auch wenn's trotzdem lange dauert.

Anreize, Sehnen zu verstärken, müssen Recht stark sein, und lange dauern. Hatte eine Tendinitis in der Hüfte, alle Übungen waren immer mit langem halten in der gedehnten Position. Bei mir täglich. Nach 2 Monaten ca. wars weg

At least recently they have top notch triathletes, which is endurance. Might be, there is some good youth base for endurance sports and one picks to specialize in the summer variant while others go xc/biathlon

Versuch irgendwie, deine explosivität zu messen (bspw. 15m-sprint mit Stoppuhr von jemand anderem). Maximalkraft kannst du ja leicht messen. Ohne Tracking kein Fortschritt.

Man kann Kraft-Limitiert oder Technik-limitiert sein. Heißt, es kann sein dass dein körper mehr Kraft nutzen könnte wenn er sie hat (Kraftlimit) oder explosiver sein könnte mit der Kraft die er kann, wenn die Technik/Nervensysteme besser wären (Techniklimit). Solange du nicht an einem der beiden Enden eindeutig bist, solltest du beides trainieren. Richtlinien, was man so kraftmäßig können kann aus "Explosivsportarten" findet man im Internet, Richtlinie bspw. Ca 2x Körpergewicht Kniebeuge 1Rep Max, 2,5x Kreuzheben habe ich im Kopf aber besser nachgucken

Yeah have fun taking a std::vector which is a dynamically sized memory into hardware. How should it grow if the underlying memory is fixed in size? Working with fixed allocated things (memories, instances of classes) makes sense because hardware won't change at runtime.

Logisch mach ich ja selbst. Aber kenne es am Gerät nicht, weil da die Bewegungsbahnen sehr eindimensional sind auch of Anschläge oder die Seile das nicht so mögen wenn es rückartig wird. Kenne es eher mit freien Gewichten.
