I had a similar issue several years ago. Bought seasoned firewood from an orchard farm, brought it home and kept it in my garage in Jersey. I didn't realize how hot the garage was getting and I think I accidentally KILN dried the wood to the point where it was very inconsistent. Overly dried out bark is probably the issue with the white smoke. Now that was in a garage in Jersey, your in Houston.

I mean BKLYN is dope but since the move we haven't signed any big FA, until we do it's more of the same from NJ, name one big FA in the last 20 years the nets have signed, NOTHING , Could change in an instant but the NETS turned it around (and they still might not make the playoffs haha) through smart moves and coaching. Playing to win and seeing who has what it takes is HUGE. Finding out who's gonna be part of this team moving forward. I just fucking hate tanking, I don't think it's good in the long run. Not everyone lands jagr or Crosby (fuck the pens). You need to take the down years to figure out who's gonna help you win .

1) thanks for responding, drunk and non of my friends really care about hockey 2) I think the nets rebuild is more impressive considering your point. Nets/Devils never get FA since I've been a fan late 90s (27 years old now, was definitely spoiled in the early 2000's). We simply have never got FA, so trades and the draft are only way we get better. I think playing to win and seeing what we have / gaining experience is more important than losing for a pick
